Pros: The location could not be beat. At the bottom of the hill, easy access to Quebec Old City, other sites. Parking was across the street at an extra cost. Property had and elevator and breakfast was included and very good.
Cons: Room was sooooo dark and small.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent and the location was absoltuely perfect for visiting old Quebec. Good value for the room and breakfast. Parking was also very convenient, right across the road.
Cons: Can't think of anything that we didn't expect. It does not pretend to be the Ritz.

Pros: It is a really nice Hotel located in walking distance to Quebec's beautiful Haute-Ville and Basse-Ville.
Cons: We requested quiet rooms, whereas one of the rooms was in the corridor hallway next to 4 loudly shutting doors and the washing room. We had to wait 50 minutes for a fairly simple à la carte breakfast. Personel was not really customer service oriented.

Pros: The room was fine. The use a new rug. TV was fine but need more american stations.
Cons: Where we left our suitcases was not enkoyable to look at. Shoes just left, food left on the table.
