Pros:
Cons: The location near the airport was a disadvantage because of the confusing roads and construction. It was not the easiest to get to old Montreal and there is no metro nearby.

Cons: There was complimentary coffee all week in the lobby but none on the weekend according to a staff member. Later that morning there was some. I dunno but I don't like being told one thing and then seeing something else. Stupid complaint, but stupid item

Pros: I cannot find anything positive to say about this hotel. I regret staying here and would never stay at this property again.
Cons: Disgusting property. Sorely in need of renovation. Does not deserve to be a Crowne Plaza. Carpet is worn and tattered. Bathtub is gross. Air Conditioning did NOT work. Furniture is old and tired. Avoid this hotel, if possible.

Cons: The room was tiny, the hallways were dirty, the plumbing fixtures were old and not working properly. Unbelievably, this hotel does not offer the TV channel that covers all the hockey games (Sportsnet) in Canada. This is not a 3.5 star hotel.

Pros: The staff were amazing at the Crowne Plaza. They didn't blink an eye to any request I had and actually went above and beyond with some of the small things. From the front desk, to cleaning staff to the shuttle drivers, they were wonderful!

Cons: Room seemed clean, yet I woke up with several bug bites, both nights. I didn't see these bugs, but I still have welts slowly healing. It was more expensive (almost double) then the Sheraton Montreal Airport I stayed months back.

Pros: Good location near airport. Pool with lifeguard and 10-foot waterslide is great for kids. Helpful and friendly front desk. We needed an extra towel and it was brought to our room promptly after calling down to ask for it even though hotel was ful
Cons: Bathtub had minor damage. Maybe 3 or 4 cigarette burns? Made it look dirty even though it was clean. Our room was on the 3'd floor just above the ballroom. We could hear the late-night loud music enough for it to be somewhat annoying.

Pros: Loved the slide!! The beds were cozy. The wedding venue was beautiful. The staff were very pleasant and accommodated our needs nicely.
Cons: The cleanliness of the room, in particular the bathroom, was not up to par. There were areas that looked like they hadn't been wiped down properly in a while and major dust bunnies under the bed, per my little nephew who spotted them.
