J.-A. Vachon House

J.-A. Vachon House (Maison J.-A. Vachon) is at 383 rue Rose-Anna Giroux (formerly called av. de la Coopérative). A 1-hour guided tour takes visitors through this historic 1908 wood-frame structure, once the family home of Rose-Anna Giroux and Joseph-Arcade Vachon. The couple founded the bakery company Vachon Inc., now famous for its mass-produced, packaged snack cakes.
