This landmark red-roofed hotel built in 1942 is located in the heart of a village famous for summer whale-watching tours and has expansive grounds with Adirondack chairs overlooking the water. The public areas, decorated with attractive artwork and historic photos, offer classic comfort. Guest rooms range from somewhat dated to contemporary décor and from cozy to spacious.
