Both pretty and delicious, the lovely menu concoctions have a definite regional feel with duck, deer, sweetbreads, foie gras and a focus on seafood as well as other ingredients like a local black current liqueur or boreal spice. The food is matched with superb views from the small and intimate atrium dining room overlooking the grounds and river. Three separate well-priced table d'hôte menus are on offer and highly attentive servers offer excellent explanations and help with wine pairing.
