AAA Editor Notes
Regional Museum (Museo Regional de Querétaro) is on Av. Corregidora next to the Church of San Francisco. Housed in the former monastery, it displays colonial relics; uniforms and weaponry; 17th-, 18th- and 19th-century paintings by Juan Correa, Villalpando, Miguel Cabrera and Luis Rodríguez; and a library of more than 8,000 books, mostly parchment tomes from the 17th and 18th centuries.
