Pros: the place is very well located, close to downtown area of the city which makes the stay more enjoyable and accessible to see the different attractions of the centro. the facilities of the place are very nice and maintained. we got a room with a vie to the pool and the layout of the hotel which is pretty cute.
Cons: when we checked in the room was a bit smelly (bad odor) like from the drain, i though that maybe by opening the windows the smell will go away but it never happened. the smell was always present. the layout of the rooms are very nice however when we checked in the room was cover in rose petals (which I never ordered) and i was charged for it. at first we though it was cute but then when checking out i noticed I was getting charged for it which i was a bit surprised to be charged for something i never ordered. there was also some room deodorant that sprayed every other hour and it smelled bad. I think that if you want to cover the bad smell of the room then they should so something with the drain smell and not using this kind of things which I find badly. the rooms are very nice however we had a connecting room and the noise from the room next to us was a little to much with kids screaming and people talking, you could hear everything! i had to call security to ask them to be quiet as they were very disruptive and hard for us to catch up some sleep. lastly the valet service, the guys are all very nice but when you leave the car yourself one of them told us... if you park it here is under you surveillance and not ours, the car was in front of the door and i was expecting them to take it. restaurant if ok but the food needs a bit more improvement, while the service in the morning we were taking care by 3 different servers including the "captain" so at some point we didn't know who was taking care of the table and we have to wave the server to get his attention. the facilities are very nice as I said before but need attention to detail.

Pros: The hotel was very luxurious and beautiful. The location is excellent for access to restaurants and sight seeing downtown.
Cons: The glass patio doors didn't close completely tight. In a strong wind from a thunderstorm they rattled.
