Fiesta Americana Hacienda Galindo

This spectacular, 16th-century hacienda is extensively decorated with period art. Suites have jetted tubs on an outdoor terrace. The beautiful grounds include pools, stables and a chapel. Once owned by Hernan Cortes, this property covers hundreds of acres, much of it laced with tree-lined trails and cobblestone walkways. I enjoy riding horseback to the property's large lake about 30 minutes away. Not evaluated; located in area of political unrest. Facilities, services, and décor characterize an upscale property.
