While the first physical impressions of the location may not impress you, prepare yourself to be wowed by the creations of famed chef Rafael Zafra, whose unique, molecular cuisine is both innovative and delicious. Your experience starts with a cocktail tasting at the bar, then moves into the intimate dining room to sample the multi-course tasting menu, which features such items as quail in red Oaxacan mole sauce, pork belly with peanut sauce, and tostados topped with chapulines (grasshoppers).
