Resembling a turn-of-the-20th-century tequila-making ranch, the restaurant is reminiscent of another time. The menu is traditional yet creative with some tableside flambé preparations, such as the delicious beef tenderloin steak with a zesty vodka, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce. There are more than 100 varieties of tequila on hand to sample or enjoy in a large margarita. The outdoor deck provides a scenic view overlooking the lagoon.
