After much success in Houston, TX, celebrity chef Aquiles Chavez opened this restaurant in his native country. The décor is bohemian-chic with a tasteful quirkiness. The success of chef Aquiles is no doubt due to his use of the freshest-sourced ingredients combined with creative twists on classic dishes. The trio of ceviches is a must-try. Also impressive are the whole fried fish, lobster risotto, yellowfin tostadas and the dessert selection. No lunch is served on Monday.
