This is one of the more elegant dining venues on the island. Its sophisticated dishes include expertly prepared local seafood, organic roasted chicken, and grass-fed sirloin. The chef hails from Texas, so you'll notice a Southwestern flair in some of the offerings, including the pan-seared catfish with jalapeño-cheddar polenta, and bourbon-brined pork chops with Texas caviar and bacon slaw. The rustic-chic atmosphere is enhanced with dark wood floors, white table cloths and original art.
