This restaurant is one of the most sophisticated and stylish restaurants in the suburbs of Providence. The interior of an old church has been transformed into this eye catching jewel. The vaulted ceiling, a two-story stone fireplace, lavish drapes and Renaissance inspired fabric chairs and booths set the tone for a glamorous evening. Gourmet pizzas are cooked in a wood stone hearth oven and are the perfect appetizer for a large group. Other specialties include fresh seafood, steaks, and pasta. The changing menu has featured plancha caramelized scallops with quince puree and sautéed romaine lettuce drizzled with California extra virgin olive oil and a taste of Meyer lemon juice. It is worth tasting one of the six olive oil based mashed potatoes. The corn, peas and pancetta version of the classic staple were memorable. For dessert, the deconstructed chocolate cup cake with an oozing molten chocolate center is a sublime way to finish your meal.
