AAA Inspector Notes
One of the most highly stylized restaurants in the state is in an unassuming strip mall. Inside, a large Buddha statue in the center of the room seems to protect the tables that surround a pool of water. Multiple hanging lanterns made of orange silk fabric drape from the ceiling, and a water wall separates the hibachi area. The talented hibachi chefs always provide an entertaining culinary spectacle. Your hibachi dinner comes with a complimentary cup of clear soup with mushrooms, a house salad made of iceberg lettuce, grape tomatoes and ginger dressing and a choice of fish, chicken, beef or seafood with mixed vegetables and fried rice. You might also check out the full sushi bar or sit down in the more formal dining room, where some Thai and Chinese dishes are on the menu.
