Pros: Location was great with good view of water. Beautiful roof deck to watch sunset.
Cons: Parking was very limited. Upon arrival our reception was not so great. The receptionist clearly did not want to be at work! There was another gentleman; older fellow, who made us feel much better. We never saw the first receptionist again.

Pros: The space in the room and the kitchen.
Cons: We were surprised there was no maid service unless your stay is more than 7 days. I'm a frequent traveller and have never encountered that before. It was disappointing. We were there for 4 days. On the last day I called to ask for a luggage cart to be brought to our room, the staff person stated that she didn't have anyone to bring us one but if I wanted to come get it myself I'm welcome to. Yes I know I'm welcome to but I feel that's what your staff are for. The location and space is nice however I was not impressed with the service of the hotel.
Pros: The location was perfect, the rooms offered more space than a typical hotel room.
Cons: Because we were there off season, there was no way to enjoy the waterfront property without leaving the resort.
Cons: Needs to be updated noisy heater and air conditioner
Pros: Restrauent below, kitchen
Cons: Tile floors were dirty

Pros: Location was great - you could walk every where - roof top views
Cons: Hotel conditions very shabby- our first room overlooked a roof- no views , air-conditioning was not working- begged for a new room which we were granted- hotel staff were less than stellar- hall ways very hot and stuffy-

Pros: The staff was very accommadating and pleasant. Prefect location!!
Cons: I was not informed that the room would not be cleaned. Hair was in the shower before we used the tub!
Pros: The closeness to the center of town.
Cons: We had to switch rooms and were not informed prior to our stay. The manager Darcy told us she would provide us with a 15% refund on out stay, then only gave us 15% off on 1 night.
Pros: Excellent location staff was very accommodating
Cons: Everything...starting with the strong smell of pot in the first room we were given(actually the whole floor was redolent of pot)..the rooms were barely passable, the
bathroom not clean, the view nonexistent, etc etc
Pros: Good location.
Cons: No room service, under powered air conditioner, terrible WiFi signal. Outdated rooms.
Pros: Close to all waterfront activity, restaurants, shopping.
Cons: no view,,,,,tv needs updating, flat screen tv's are in all hotels these days. because of the construction, parking was terrible. It was very cold walking to temporary parking lot, good thing it wasn't bad weather..........
Pros: We loved the location with our windows facing the sunset. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked and very functional. Staff was wonderful and the Inn was convenient to everything. Would definitely stay there again.
Cons: We were disappointed that during the quieter time of year, more attention wasn't on bringing the standards of cleanliness up. It seemed. There were fingerprints on the door frames and the floor tiles in the bathroom needed attention.
