Pros: Very large room with kitchen area and separate living area.
Cons: I wouldn't walk alone at night in the area around the hotel, but during the day was great - able to walk to a variety of places and attractions. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night once but received a discount for the inconvenience

Pros: Absolutely GORGEOUS hotel and super friendly staff! Room was GREAT, and cool how they kept some of the old charm. The big old doors are awesome! I could have LIVED here! Also, love the attached restaurant and Starbucks! Overall, GREAT City location!
Cons: Wish parking was attached, but not a big deal. The garage was very close.

Pros: Great location, right downtown Providence. Easy walk to park, state house, mall, shops and restaurants. Very nice hotel, reminiscent of golden times, showing a lot of history and opulence now somewhat faded.
Cons: The one thing we did not like and it is only mentioned here because guests of the hotel might be tempted to use it, is the McCormick & Schmick's restaurant on the first floor. It is supposed to be upscale, but is only a very overpriced chain eatery.
