A team of chefs expertly prepares Italian favorites. Diners might start with the salumeria experience assortment served on a wood cutting board with honey-roasted nuts and assorted jams. When it comes time for the entrée, it can be hard to choose among the signature crispy chicken covered in panko crumbs then lightly fried and served over buttered noodles and pasta fagioli or the simple but superb pasta with European butter, cracked black pepper and pecorino Romano cheese.
