The chef specializes in "snout to tail" butchery on the premises with ingredients that he personally selects from local farms. Service is attentive and professionally trained. Located within an old 1890s hotel, the historic structure was renovated to create a modern yet Art Deco-inspired space while still preserving some of the original character. Be sure to have a drink or at least step inside their bar with original mahogany floor-to-ceiling paneling and amazing stained glass windows.
