The food here is amazing and full of unique flavors. I could have licked my plate clean if no one was watching.
AAA Inspector Notes
Consistently recommended by many as one of the top restaurants in the state, Los Andes serves well-executed Peruvian and Bolivian fare that is bursting with flavors. Must-try starters include the ceviche martini tossed with the perfect amount of cilantro and the "Causa Limena," which consists of three chilled whipped potatoes filled with shredded chicken salad and avocado puree. A beautiful saltwater fish tank highlights the relaxed atmosphere. Adventurous diners may enjoy the braised beef tongue and hearts, while others can't help but order the ribeye churrasco with fried yucca or paella with Prince Edward Island mussels, local little neck clams and lobster every time they dine here. Servers radiate with warmth and passion for the food they serve. Open for lunch on weekends.
