This downtown favorite features creative cuisine influenced by the flavors of the Caribbean, Spain, New England and the Mediterranean. The menu features excellent ceviche, raw oyster selections and tapas that are perfect for sharing, along with meat and cheese boards. Specialties include locally farmed deviled eggs with smoked shallots and tobiko, a braised churrasco skirt steak and a Puerto Rican-style stew of chicken with tropical root vegetables, avocado and cilantro. The trendy industrial space is accented with shelving repurposed from an old barn, unique lighting and modern art. Reclaimed 100-year old ceiling tiles from a church were used to create the unique bar, which serves up perfectly crafted cocktails in delightful mason jars.
