One of the newest restaurants to hit Warren's emerging dining scene, this is the place to find high-level New American fare prepared from scratch using fresh and local ingredients whenever possible. The menu is affordable and offers guests a twist on modern bar cuisine, made healthier with such delicious choices as coriander and sea salt wings served with char-grilled onions and thyme as well as the burger complemented with Worcestershire-chickpea fries. Don't bother asking for ketchup since they don't carry it here. Instead, ask for A1 aïoli to go with those yummy chickpea fries. Among the popular dinner choices are mustard-crusted Atlantic salmon and slow-roasted Prime hangar steak with potato puree and roasted root vegetables. The rustic yet modern dining space is enhanced with dark wood flooring, soothing gray-colored walls, and a semi-open kitchen with glimpses of the chef in action. The parking lot is located across a busy street from the restaurant so be cautious when crossing.
