Pros: On site laundry, outdoor patio and gazebo.
Cons: No toiletries in bathroom, no paper towels in kitchen, only one plastic cup in room. (Staff provided a couple of mugs) No decaf coffee and a very lame selection of breakfast items.

Pros:
Cons: Stay here if you want to sleep horribly and have a negative experience.I would give this hotel zero stars if possible. We stayed at extended stay the walls are paper thin. I was sleeping with earplugs in and had issues with noise. We has someone stomping and slamming things above us at 6-8am. Then at 9am the neighbors next door to us were screaming and having a domestic dispute through the walls. This is not something you want to wake up to. We could hear everything, and it got so bad we had to call the manager to call the cops. The room appeared clean. the bed was squeaky, and the black out curtains hardly blocked out any light. Wifi did not work. After hearing the domestic dispute my partner and I left the hotel promptly and checked out early. This hotel is the worst. After getting home from my trip, I then received calls the following two days from the hotel early in the morning. They wanted to have us book another night. I called them back to asked them to never call me again. When someone was researching how to stop them from calling me, they found out the hotel billed me twice. I WILL NEVER STAY AT AN EXTENDED STAY AGAIN!!! I have had better experiences even at motel 6, etc. If you can stay at a Marriott or something nicer. Edit: One week later, after calling two phone numbers, and asking to be placed on the no calling list, Extended stay is still calling me, and harassing me to make another reservation. I have never had such a poor experience with a hotel.

Pros: The hotel was the only nice one I could find near providence that wasn't over $130 for a crappy hotel. Every thing was very clean when I walked in and staff were very friendly. The location was great and easily accessible to providence and beaches, great for the price will definitely be staying again!
