AAA Inspector Notes
Inspector Pick (Eclectic/Unusual): I love the ultra modern design especially the large library filled with books, funky original art, and hanging birds-nest swing chairs to relax in.
Unique loft-style rooms with high ceilings and large windows, many of which overlook the Pawtucket River, await guests. The polished concrete walls and floors are softened with area rugs and flowing drapes. Custom mattresses on platform beds and ergonomic furnishings in every room. Keurig coffeemakers and complimentary bottled water are also offered. The modern bathrooms feature vessel sinks and oversize showers with rain shower heads. The hotel was built to mimic the feel of the historic Pontiac mills with some unique industrial-style spaces with trendy local art lining its walls. The reception desk is open to a 'library' sitting area, which includes a multitude of books and a Mac computer station. The vibrant outdoor terrace is a calm oasis for relaxation while overlooking the river by day and a bar and lounge atmosphere by night with locals and guests congregating for a beverage on the riverside patio. Smoke free premises. 162 units. 5 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Easy access to main road and highway, shopping and restaurants.Friendly staff, electic lobby and room, the rainfall shower head was amazing. I would definitely stay there if in the area again.
Pros: The rainfall showerhead and the beauty rest kings size bed.
Cons: No refrigerator
Traveling as Couple
Very cool ambiance - loved that they had a Keurig in the room. The bed was big and so comfortable - overall, we loved our stay.
Pros: The rooms! Super unique and modern - loved the shower and the bed was so comfortable. We also had a beautiful view of the changing leaves outside.
Cons: It was further outside of warwick-providence than we thought. We thought based on the location description that we would be closer to restaurants in Providence, so we just stayed and ate at the hotel restaurant - which was very good.

Pros: Bar and restaurant area look nice. Across from the mall and every possible shop / restaurant you can think of.
Cons: The funky NY Loft look they are going for requires floors and rugs that are spotless in order to pull it off. Otherwise it just looks run down. My suggestion is to have the staff check the rugs - especially around the elevator 3-4 times a day!
Business Traveler
Pros: Very cool architecture and decorations. Nice bar and restaurant, across the street from shopping and other restaurant choices. Also, very convenient to the airport.
Cons: The parking lot could be better lit. I am a man, but I could see how a lady would be pretty concerned about this parking situation. It backs up to some not so great looking residential houses with lots of bushes and cover for someone to hide.

Traveling as Couple
Pros: I like the design.
Cons: Advertising and my room selection was based on the "River View". Hiding the window behind the headboard of the bed and therefore having to climb behind the bed and stand next to the HVAC unit to see the river was a major disapointment.
