AAA Inspector Notes
Unique loft-style rooms with high ceilings and large windows, many of which overlook the Pawtucket River, await guests. The polished concrete walls and floors are softened with area rugs and flowing drapes. Custom mattresses on platform beds, ergonomic furnishings and an iHome alarm clock radio is in every room. Keurig coffeemakers and complimentary bottled water are also offered. The modern bathrooms feature vessel sinks and oversize showers with rain shower heads. The restored old mill building offers some unique industrial-style spaces with trendy local art lining its walls. The reception desk is open to a 'library' sitting area, which includes a multitude of books and a Mac computer station. The vibrant outdoor terrace is a calm oasis for relaxation while overlooking the river by day and a club-like atmosphere by night with locals and guests congregating for a beverage at the bar or a game of billiards. Smoke free premises. 163 units. 5 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: It showed the suite with a glass door going to the patio and thats not the room that was given and it wasn't ready we got there. She said she would call when it was and didn't we waited almost 2 hours longer and the building was next to a big abandoned place which was not very appealing.

Pros: People were rude, the rooms smelled awful. We were sent to a room that had people in it already, then to a dirty room that faced a parking lot, then to another room that smelled like dog pee. No one ever apologized. They gave us a $10 drink voucher and the drink I ordered had a dirty lemon in it and flat soda water. I would suggest taking this hotel off your site. Awful place and awful staff.
Cons: Everything. Everything was awful.
