Motherwell Homestead National Historic Site

Motherwell Homestead National Historic Site is 9 km (5 mi.) s. of jct. hwys. 10 and 22. The site commemorates William Richard Motherwell and his contributions to Canadian agriculture. Motherwell's farmstead, including 3 hectares (8 acres) of landscaped grounds, Ontarian-style barn and six-bedroom fieldstone house, have been restored to the pre-World War I era.
