Cannington Manor Provincial Park

Cannington Manor Provincial Park is e. on Hwy. 13 to Grid Rd. 603, then 2 km (1.2 mi.) n. on gravel roads. The village of Cannington Manor, founded in 1882, was an attempt to replicate the upper-middle-class English way of life, right down to cricket matches and fox hunts. A museum and seven buildings contain antiques, artifacts and farming implements used by the original settlers. Guides in period garb demonstrate typical activities during the last 2 decades of the 19th century.
