Royal Saskatchewan Museum is at College Ave. and Albert St. in Wascana Centre. The Earth Sciences Gallery focuses on Saskatchewan's geological and paleontological evolution and includes Canada's only resident robotic dinosaur, while the Paleo Pit features hands-on exhibits. Artwork and artifacts in the First Nations Gallery explore the culture and heritage of the province's aboriginal population. Saskatchewan's natural history is surveyed in the Life Sciences Gallery, which also covers present-day environmental issues. Exhibits depict life in a beaver pond and a Costa Rican rain forest, and address human actions that are affecting global ecosystems. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.
