Pros: The kids loved the pool. Adults enjoyed the hot tub. The free breakfast at Perkins was delicious. Kids under 13 free. It was eásy access to highways coming from the east and continuing on to either North or West for the families.

Cons: The fact that I paid full price for four rooms 3 weeks BEFORE actually using the service was troubling. The fact that the staff would not credit my card when the other people produced theirs. And all of a sudden 2 days after the fact they decided to credit my card and charge the other people. So now besides the guests being upset with the staff now they are upset that they made alternate arrangements and are paying for the room twice. I have no idea if this booking .com issue or the Holiday Inn issue but I will probably think twice before using your service again.
