Cons: The reservation I made was not on file with the hotel. Friends that checked in were told (as we were them) that we/they had not done so. Even after numerous call sto the front desk to please check again.

Pros: The Staff were wonderful. The room was exactly what I wanted and very comfortable
Cons: The pool was filthy, the internet kept dropping to the point of rendering it useless. The phone had an echo so difficult to use. When I complained the manager was very helpful and did her best to address my issues and did what she could to reassure me that this was out of the ordinary including offering me a discounted price. As much as I appreciated her efforts, I will not stay here again for these reasons.

Cons: The pictures posted are very old. The room was looking pretty grimey. Not like it wasn't cleaned before I got it but like it's had years of poor cleaning. Like the grout and along the base of the bed. I wasn't looking for dirt either these which just things I noticed sitting. Also in all fairness I was there the night of a concert. So later on people were running and yelling down the halls. And shortly after the front desk called the wrong number and got my room at midnight and asked if I was just in the elevator.
Speaking of the elevator it was pretty unrealiable and didn't stop on the 3rd floor at all. Weird.

Pros: I was writing an exam the morning that we had to check out which ended at check out time. The staff gave me an extension so that I wasn't rushed while writing my exam and had time to get back to the hotel.
