Cons: Very few places to sit outside in the shade. The name of the hotel changed on the day we arrived and we were not informed by Booking.com, so we spent hours driving up and down looking for the hotel.
Cons: When we Arrived the rooms wasn't ready, the gave me a Room on the 18th floor just in front of the main air condition machinery, it is noisy as hell, you could hear the noise down to 16th floor, you could imagine that you could not sleep with that. They change is to third floor, the bath amenities wasn't ready, not even the towels, and the next day, same thing, I need to ask for towels and water, there are a lot of rooms and not sufficient pool chaises for every body, nor towels, it is not even high season yet and they does not have enough supply's .Buffets at the restaurant are just "common" for quality/price I would strongly recommend to take the bus and have your Lunch and Dinner at the "Malecon"Well, I think I am not coming back.Hope this is helpful
Pros: Overall the staff is fantastic! Cristal at the front desk was always smiley and willing to help. David at the restaurant was really nice too, gave some information about places to go! And las but not least the bell boy team was really nice all the time. The bed was really nice and comfortable!
Cons: Location is very poor, too far away from "Zona Dorada" (Golden Zone). The hotel in general is very tired, the pool area is tiny, there are only 4 sunbeds at the beach. I payed for a ocean view room and it was only a partial view,
