Pros: The spa is wonderfull excelent massages, excellent sunday brunch.
Cons: The check-in process is terrible, it took them ages to locate my reservation and even then it took them a lot of time to check me in, overall since they started (after about 25 minutes of waiting) it took them about 40 minutes till they gave me my key and I could finally go to my room. ( this slow process of checking in happened the 3 times I stayed in this hotel)
Also the guest next room to me were really loud having a party practically and shouting and singing with really loud music, I called the reception 5 times from 11pm till 4am and I know it is not their fault but still I had very little sleep and my kids kept waiking up, so if you get one of these neighboors I can practically garantee you wont have a good night sleep.
Pros: My wife and I love to play tennis. Roberto is the local tennis Pro. He made our trip worth every penny.
Best food preparation I've experienced in Mexico....
Pros: Cheap, great pool and very accommodating staff. I heard the Spa was excellent, but did not personally attend.
Cons: Disorganized at front desk, pressure to attend timeshare presentations. The town is just so so. Beach was basically washed away.

Pros: Loved our room. The pools and the spa were wonderful. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Pros: Lots of things. pools, staff and most of the food.
Cons: Not all of it. Food was a 3.7 ,most okay but got burned out as to sameness .
Pros: Separate pools for adults, young couples, and children. It was nice to be able to go to both facilities and eat at either one.
Cons: Make sure children are not next to adults in rooms.
Pros: Staff were amazing: efficient, attentive and helpful. Loved Kelly's Bar.
Pros: Everything, the staff was wonderful, rooms clean and the food was very good. Best vacation I have ever been on!!!
Cons: No Wifi in rooms however the property was so beautiful you did not need to stay in room anyway!!!! There was Wifi at pool area. They adviced Wifi connection would be coming soon.
Pros: Love the pools and staff resort was especially beautiful
Cons: Bed was very uncomfortable. .the Resort was far from everything .but shuttle from emerald bay to Pueblo Mazatlan made things easier.
Pros: Spa and massage wonderful, beautiful grounds ..loved strolling, fun activities, especially water aerobics, staff couldn't have been nicer. Concierge was especially helpful.
Cons: very disappointed in the rocky beach and not being able to swim in ocean. Bistro was OK, but I'd love to see an Angelo's type restaurant on the premises.
Wish I didn't have to always go to pool area or my room to see activities... Perhaps a hand-out in lobby/Deli areas would help.
