Pros: Brianna, the only employee on duty that night, did what she could to fix my TV and internet.
Cons: Roaches, bed bugs, TV did not have remote or channels. 1 towl. Bed smells. Carpet was sticky. Hotel lobby was closed at 10 and didn't open until 8. Just a bad,bad hotel and needs to be torn down.
Pros: It very quiet and my room was very comfortable.
Cons: They over-booked the hotel and then bumped me up to a higher priced room without asking me. They refused to give me the price I reserved. Smoke detector battery was low, so it was beeping. When I told them, they said "maintenance guy has left - I can help you fix it". Really? He left when the hotel was (supposedly) overbooked and at 5pm on Friday? Did they think that I wanted to fix this myself? Unbelievable

Cons: They wouldn't give me toilet paper when we ran out. A little over a weeks stay that was booked 3months in advance. Got down graded the DAY of arrival because they didn't have it available. So did my father in law. I won't ever stay again. The guy up front was rude when I asked for toilet paper and extra towels. 4people in a queen suite with a cot! said I could only have the two towels that was already in my room and had to wait until cleaning day. Still didn't get toilet paper and the right amount of towels.
Pros: The kitchenette and regular size fridge was great to have. Large TV and clean comfortable environment.
Cons: A bit stingy with TP and paper towels.
Pros: Location was good. It was quiet and clean.
Cons: Facility was not quite a hotel and not quite an extended stay facility.
Pros: I was very surprised by by the overall appearance of the facility.
Cons: On 2 occasions I tried to check in, but there wasn't anyone behind the counter. The clerk was upstairs assisting other guests. Think there should be at least 2 clerks on duty.
Cons: The person with the nose ring at the front desk did not seem to want to work there very unprofessional will never stay at an in Town Suites because of this experience
Pros: I will never stay at this hotel again. Soft flat pillows and staff would not give us more pillows, toilet tissue. Awful.
Cons: DISAPPOINTED room smelled of smoke ( non smoking room) website said could check in up to 10pm arrived about 9 desk was closed staff person said they close at 9 my receipt also said 10 pm. no breakfast ... bed uncomfortable neither of us got much sleep. could not stay second night we needed sleep stayed else ware
they are rating it 4.2 i would give it 2.0 for location only

Cons: My two rooms were on opposite ends of the building. I didn't like that my daughters room was not close to my room.
Pros: location was great as well as being able to cook our meals
Cons: The bed OMG was awful.... it had a huge dip in the middle. We tried to sleep around it but if you moved you ended up sunk into the middle of the mattress. They should have thrown this mattress out a year ago or more. My husband gave up and chose to sleep on the chaise our entire stay. The first night we arrived the floor we stayed on was heavily scented with marijuana. We had a manager come and ask us to be quiet. We weren't playing any music or arguing. We felt like we had to leave the room to have a conversation. This especially upset my husband as we had to put up with a crying child for our ENTIRE stay
