AAA Inspector Rating Details (scale 1-5)
AAA Inspector Notes
Inspector Pick (Recreation/Exercise): My favorite Low Country family recreation hideaway; explore on foot, horseback, bike or by boat. Learn cooking, riflery or just hammock relaxation.
This sprawling resort is a virtual Garden of Eden sitting alongside the tranquil May River. A traditional inn, duplex cottages and guest house rooms all offer a full menu of world-class amenities. The entire resort campus is at your disposal. Whether it's a ride on a historic yacht, laps in a pool, full workout, totally indulgent spa treatment, art classes or simply sitting on a wooden bridge in an Adirondack-style rocking chair watching the dolphin play in the river, it's all here. In the evening, relax on your private patio and enjoy in-room dining while watching the snowy egrets turn the trees around your private pond from green to white as they perch for the evening.
Smoke free premises. 200 units, some cottages. 1-3 stories (no elevator), interior/exterior corridors. Accessibility (Call).
