The new regional chain in upstate South Carolina features purpose-built facilities reminiscent of an Alaskan mountain lodge with rustic exteriors, stone fireplaces, plank and rough-hewn timber walls and an open exhibition grill. The menu features a selection of entrée salads, stone-fired pizzas, sandwiches, burgers, steaks, ribs, seafood, chicken and table-size desserts for sharing. In truth, all the portions are huge. A children's menu is available. Signature dishes include slow-roasted prime rib, half-pound burgers and hickory-fired salmon on a smoked hickory plank. Service is casual and attentive.
