Pros: Great bed. Staff were fine. Right next to charleston market. Overall it wasn't bad.
Cons: Couldn't open any windows. All sealed in! Breakfast was a dissapointment. Never any hot food left despite arriving halfway through breakfast period. Selection was limited. Orange juice out of a tetra pack. Definetly too few seats for the Nr. of rooms. Had to eat on a bench! No safe. No fridge.

Pros: The bed was absolutely perfect! We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our weekend in Charleston. The staff is beyond helpful and the room was much more than we expected. I highly recommend staying here for anyone going to Charleston!
Cons: The night we got there, the gentleman working the valet seemed preoccupied with some friends and at one point asked for our keys again after we had already handed them to him. He was very rude when we asked for recommendations for restaurants.

Pros: Valet parking was very convenient with friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic location just a block from the city market and tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Really great breakfast selection...quiches, bacon, grits, cereals, bagels, etc... Loved the wine and cheese social at 4pm on the 4th floor terrace with mixed drinks and assorted crackers, cheeses, meat, and dips!
Cons: Had to venture down to the 1st floor for ice to keep babies' milk chilled. Would've expected a mini fridge at this price, or at least a more convenient ice machine, but other than that the room was very comfortable.

Pros: Location was perfect. Service was good. Ambience lovely. Wine and cheese in the afternoon for socializing.
Cons: The hospitality woman was absolutely unfriendly. A bottle of champagne was in my room for my birthday (spectacular!) however when I tried to engage her to thank her (3 times) I was ignored with dirty looks.
