Pros: The staff was so friendly and the entire hotel was beautiful. The location was great, though initially it's difficult to find via car, but once you do, it's wonderful !!

Pros: Comfortable, quiet hotel.
Cons: Very pricey. Hot water was out for almost an entire afternoon one day. Would definitely look for lower cost options in the area before booking again.

Pros: Bed very comfortable, great shower, nice to have refrigerator in room and to have it restocked daily.
Cons: Asked for two queens but was given a king bed. It worked out ok but would have preferred the two queens.

Pros: LOCATION GREAT FOR CHARLESTON EVERYTHING WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE HOTEL IS CENTRAL COMFORTABLE BEDS CHECK IN STAFF VERY WARM AND FRIENDLY. ROOM SERVICE TIMELY AND VERY FRIENDLY.
Cons: PARKING A HASSEL AND THE BELLBOYS ARE LESS THAN HELPFUL IF YOU DO NOT VALET YOUR CAR. CHECKING IN WHILE WAIT REQUIRED A TIP AND A SCOWL FURTHER AUGMENTED ON MY RETURN WITH MY CAR PARK AWAY AND ANOTHER TIP TO GET THE KEYS. CHECKING OUT WAS WORSE WHEN TRYING TO PICK MY WIFE UP AT THE ENTRANCE AGAIN ACCOSTED BY BELLBOYS INTENT ON GETTING ME OUT OF THE WAY. FELT PICAYUNED. ROOM HAD COURTYARD VIEW UGLY AND THE BED FRAME WAS BROKEN AND CUT MYSELF TWICE GETTING UP TO THE BATHROOM TWO NIGHTS IN A ROW. ALERTING THE FRONT DESKSTAFF DID NOT GET THE PROBLEM FIXED AFTER 5 NIGHTS AT THE HOTEL. OVERPRICED FOR THE STAY AT OVER $400 FOR THE CHEAPEST ROOM AND NOT MUCH TO SHOW FOR IT. THE HOTEL MISSED ONE DAY MAKE UP. THE HOT WATER WAS GONE BY NOON AND THE WATER PRESSURE WAS WEAK. ALL AND ALL SIMPLE AND ORDINARILY MINOR THINGS BUT NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FOR THE MONIKER. CONCIERGES NEVER CONFIRMED OUR RESTURAUNT RESERVATIONS AND NEVER MADE ONE WE THOUGHT WE HAD.
