Very nice. Offered happy hour and full cook to order breakfast. Bed was very comfortable, room was large. Only complaint was the bed room curtain did not fully close and the parking garage lights shined into our room directly in our faces ALL NIGHT. Got little sleep due to the light but otherwise a nice hotel.
Pros: Clean, nice imenities, everything was a block or two away. Great location.
Cons: The light shining in my face all night. Really could have used a good nights sleep after all that walking and downtown entertainment.

Pros: Staff was very helpful in trying to resolve our issue with the room quality and did not argue about giving us a full refund.
Cons: Our room was very dark (very little natural light)and badly in need of a remodel. Furniture was old and needed to be recycled.

Pros: The free breakfast every morning, the upgrade they gave us free of charge and without us asking for it. The staff was very attentive.
Cons: On the 20th, we had to get a different room because the bed was messed in the assigned room. The 3rd day we came back to our room at 5pm after leaving at 8am and the beds were unmade.

Pros: Location - it was convenient to places we wanted to go.
Cons: Yes, our room. We booked a king bed room. We were put into a one queen bed room. The bed was almost shoved up against one wall which made it difficult for my wife and I to get into. Cleanliness of the room was also very disappointing.
