Very centrally located, within walking distance to the Visitors Center and free bus stop. Hotel very clean and comfortable, with a very good hot breakfast buffet.
Pros: Location, free breakfast.
Cons: Don't like paying for parking, $17 a day, plus it was very congested.

Great location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, free coffee and newspaper a plus, lots of choice for breakfast, but parking not included; city parking available for $17 per day (hotel guests are charged $2 more than the regular rate), free shuttle buses do not require you to drive by car which may sometimes be impossible to park on the streets.
Pros: Location, breakfast, newspaper, coffee available at all time, free city shuttles take you almost everywhere in town
Cons: No parking included, city owned garages charge too much (hotel guests pay even more), street parking almost impossible

Staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was good also being across from the trolley stop. Breakfast was very good. The wifi was not usable and the pipes made banging noises when a neighbor took showers or flushed.
Pros: Staff was great. Breakfast was great. Location was great.
Cons: Wifi was not usable because it was so weak. I had to run around in the shower to get wet because of the "water saver" shower head. Pipes made banging noises. Not so nice at 5 am.

Excellent staff, location and value.
Pros: I liked everything. The free breakfast was completely adequate and the location and value was suberb.
Cons: There was nothing except the pillows. Although we got enough pillows, they all flattened out.

Pros: Room was very comfortable and staff hospitable. The hot breakfast was delicious and was a great start to the day. Location was awesome!
Cons: Paid parking was convenient but a bit expensive at $16 per 24 hours, but may just be typical city experience
