Pros: The front desk staff, valets, and restaurant staff were all very accommodating, cheerful, welcoming and helpful. The room was nicely appointed and all facilities looked fresh and updated. We had a great visit!
Cons: The location is a bit further north than the sights we had planned to see, but of course, the location was not a secret. When visiting again, we are likely to choose something a bit further south, but not because we didn't love this hotel! Nice job!!

Pros: The staff was attentive. The hotel was brand new and the room was wonderful.
Cons: The location is on the outer edge of the downtown. There are empty lots on either side of the hotel. The area has improved greatly and appears to be getting better. However, not very many places that you could walk to.

Pleasant

Pros: It was relatively new.
Cons: The location. It is NOT in the historic district. It is in a questionable neighborhood. I would definitely not go out after dusk; nervous walking during the day.
