Pros: Everything was amazing, polite staff from the moment you open the door, hotel itself is beautiful. Our room had two sets of French doors that opened to the lion courtyard. Complimentary breakfast, wine and cheese, sherry, and a newspaper at your door.
Cons: Bed a little small, but comfortable, and I am tall.
