Pros: The staff was extra caring. They made it worth while.
Cons: That I wasn't asked if I had discounts? I had AARP and would have saved $180 had I known....it's my fault too.

Pros: The rooms are absolutely beautiful, seriously one of the most charming places I have ever stayed while still having all modern amenities to make your stay comfortable. Location is great especially if you want to be in the middle of everything.
Cons: I booked this room on booking.com. My boyfriend trying to be nice wanted to pay for it even though I had already taken care of everything through booking.com with my credit card information. When we got to the hotel he asked if they could switch cards and they said no and explained why. When they needed a card to hold on file in case of incidentals he put his up. While checking out of the hotel we received a bill that was $200 more than the rate I booked at, they had cancelled my booking.com rate and charged the room to his card at full price. We didn't have any sort of conversation and was never asked if that was what we wanted to do. We were under the impression everything was going to stay the same as it was. When we tried to inquire about it the staff blew us off and was not very helpful. They essentially changed our reservation behind our backs. I did not find that to be the best way to handle business.
