Historic. Using only local fresh ingredients, predominantly from the Carolinas, the chef creatively interprets traditional Southern dishes in fun and imaginative ways. The menu changes daily based on availability, so don't get married to a dish that might not be there when you return. Deep-fried sweet and sour pickles or deviled eggs with pickled okra hold their own alongside tilefish with wood-fired Brussels sprouts and lamb terrine with roasted tomatoes.
