Historic. The small pop-up restaurant is the child of a popular food truck operation and the genius of local brothers. The menu is limited, but the food is outstanding, with house-smoked chicken, brisket and pork served in ever-evolving styles and accompanied by house-made pickles. On my last visit I had the "Beef and Chedda" sandwich along with the barbecue hash and grits and a side salad. What a treat. You'll also find a large selection of local beers, plus American whiskeys and bourbons.
