This small bistro features only sustainable foods, hormone-free meats and wild-caught shrimp on its eclectic, daily-changing menu. All courses are prepared fresh on-site and are incredibly tasty. The owners like to call it "soulful food." Dishes might include roasted trout, fried quail and braised pork belly to name a few. Overstuffed sandwiches are available all day. The seemingly simple dishes explode with flavor in every bite. It is first come, first served and a popular spot but the wait typically moves fast.
