The upscale restaurant features an elegant, comfortable interior and what they describe as Japanese-fusion preparations. The menu is lengthy and rife with high-quality imported delicacies, some traditional and some more exotic, which are used to assemble the many styles of rolls. Also available are full entrée selections, including Chilean sea bass saikyoyaki, broiled lobster tail, Wagyu rib-eye and chuka lamb chops. Presentation is beautiful and service is professional and helpful. The table is set only with chopsticks, but silverware is available upon request. The special children's bento box is a real treat. A very reasonably priced adult bento box is available on the lunch menu.
