The restaurant is hugely popular with the Clemson crowd for its wide menu, great drinks and market-fresh ingredients. The four-page menu includes a long list of inexpensive lunch combos, vegetarian selections, seafood dishes and Mexican standards. Specialties of the house include fajita taco salads, Puerto Vallarta fajitas and "El Molcajete," which is a huge combination of just about everything, including cactus. Due to the restaurant's typically high volume you can be assured you'll receive only the freshest ingredients, and the skilled chefs prepare your dish to order, so it's piping hot as well. A "jimador" is an experienced agave farmer, the plant used to make the finest tequilas. You'll have an opportunity to enjoy some of that here as well.
