My go-to place for guaranteed freshness, creativity and taste. The menu always changes, so I don't have a favorite, but no worries it's all good.
AAA Inspector Notes
Historic. The unpretentious restaurant has been serving the area since the early '80s. The 400-bottle wine list and a comprehensive choice of single malts complement the unique interpretations of classic Southern cuisine. A sampling of signature dishes could include bacon-wrapped filet mignon with French Quarter pimento cheese, herb-grilled chicken breast with goat cheese-red pepper mornay and grilled pork tenderloin with blackberry ketchup. Each dish is carefully prepared to order and served up by a highly professional staff. The owner/manager eagerly provides assistance with meal selection; he's a key part of the dining experience.
