Well pleased with everything. I had decided that I would never stay in another Holiday Inn Express, but really didn't have an option this time. It was so very clean, I have changed my mind about Holiday Inn Express.

Pros: Easy Check in/Out.. Nice free breakfast. Room was clean and bed was comfortable to sleep in. Wifi actually worked.. Just one thing was the location was hard to find. I would suggest putting some bigger signs telling which way to go.

Pros: Not much actually, just the breakfast, but for the money I have gotten more for less at other hotels.

Cons: I was charged for a night that I did not request. The morning we were to check out at 11:00am, the housekeeper at 9:00am opened the door while knocking and asked if we were checking out. we were still asleep.

Pros: The staff was very accommodating! The room was big, nice and clean. Most hotels have a lot of noise from the hallway, this one was fairly quiet.

Cons: The bed and pillows were too soft. I had asked for 3rd floor but got 1st.

Pros: Rooms were booked and when arrived only 1,was available that had 2 beds..was told that booking.com had booked rooms that were not available.no other acceptable accomodation was offered..had to make arrangements to stay elsewhere and had to call multiple places to get a room.also was told only reason one room was available was due to a cancellation otherwise no rooms were available. Josh at the front desk was neither helpful or accommodating and was very rude..observed him several times laying on the desk with his elbows resting his head like he was sleeping.

Cons: Service was poor..breakfast HD poor variety

Pros: The guy at the service desk was very helpful, polite and professional. My daughter and I had to get a hotel room due to repairs on our home and he made our stay enjoyable.

Pros: Room was fine, breakfast was good friendly staff

Cons: Too many young children making too much noise until 1:30am. We were not told about the children, baseball players, when we checked in. Bad mistake. We are in our mid 70s. We were traveling from Myrtle Beach to Harrison TN. Lost hours of sleep, not good.

Pros: Hotel was clean and updated!

Cons: The hotel is the middle of nowhere, next to a truck stop, it does not have a shuttle bus, no restaurant/ and or bar in the hotel/ and no near by restaurants.
