This regional chain features purpose-built facilities reminiscent of an Alaskan mountain lodge, with rustic exteriors, stone fireplaces, plank and rough-hewn timber walls and an open exhibition grill. The menu features a selection of entrée salads, stone-fired pizzas, sandwiches, burgers, steaks, ribs, seafood, chicken and table-size desserts for sharing. In truth, all portions are huge. Signature dishes include slow-roasted prime rib, half-pound burgers and hickory-fired salmon on a wood plank. Service is casual but attentive. A children's menu is available.
