Pros: Location.

Cons: Air did not work ,was repaired after a lengthy time. No ice at all, (the expert repair guy) would beat on it and mumble, never did have (any) ice. Place is old, rundown and filthy.

Pros: Bed was soft!

Cons: When we first walked in, there was a strong smell of urine in the room! The air conditioner did not work all of the time. The floor felt so sticky to walk on. The lady at the desk acknowledged that they had feral cats running around! We have stayed at Best Western many times before but this was by far the worst!
