Pros: The location was great The room was very nice updated and bed very comfy. staff friendly
Pros: Ebony, the desk clerk, was very courtious and helpful.
Cons: Had no hot water until Ebony was able to fix it. She was left alone with checking people in and taking care of guest questions and problems. Matthew Daye was the manager on duty, but was nowhere to be found.
family with young children
Nice place but housekeeping was...
Pros: There is a kurig in the room and breakfast was great.
Cons: The room was not cleaned well. The iron was left on top of the pillows where it could've fallen on us. We notified management and they said they will talk to the staff.
Tired and disappointing
Pros: We found the bed comfortable.
Cons: The sofa and floor were stained and looked terrible I was really disappointed because la Quinta has usually been a good choice when travelling with a dog. There were a lot of dogs and barking which I know bothered others . Not a good value.
Great location, uber pet-friendly, and...
Pros: Our room located on the first floor was perfect for dog-walking!
Cons: We visited twice in ten days. The first time we had no bathroom goodies nor coffee. The second visit was a 100% improvement--except for only tepid water for showers!
Nice place to stay.
Pros: Two waffle makers! The electronic door keys that worked smoothly every time - even through the key envelope. The personal attention from the desk clerk when we checked in. The dogs belonging to the guests.
Cons: The pillows are squarish (rather small) but too "full-bodied" for side sleepers. The bar of soap was minuscule and with an off-putting scent.
nice fast check in
Pros: Great hotel with good breakfast. Stop here oN my way to Florida.
Pros: They were ready for my arrival. No hassle in getting checked in. That's important when you've been driving for many hours.
Cons: Dogs all over the place. I know that hotels along I-95 are under pressure to be "pet friendly," but having several of them barking at the breakfast table is a bit much.
Pros: Pet Friendly! Staff friendly!
Would stay again if on...
Pros: Very welcoming for pet (dog). Very convenient to highway.
Cons: A bit noisy - traffic, refrigerator running continuously.
Excellent pet friendly hotel
Pros: Nice set up for dogs. Easy access, large enough for big dog. Well lighted. Excellent breakfast
family with older children
Pros: I loved just how pet friendly it is.
Best of our 3 Hotel...
Pros: We stayed at 3 hotels this week, this one was definitely the best! Nice spacious rooms, great soft bed, many food options nearby. The TV was the best I've seen in a hotel yet! I wish we could have stayed in this room for our whole vacation. And an amazing breakfast! Eggs, sausages, oatmeal, and so much more.
Cons: I would be reaching for scraps if I could think of anything. Everything was great.
Cons: Wifi did not work
Pros: Traveling with dogs is really easy at the LaQuinta chains-they don't charge extra for pets or have weight restrictions.
Cons: It was a little more expensive than I would have liked.
Cons: The first floor was very noisy. Next time will request a different floor.
